The POC stock remains the property of ZKDigimax South Africa and is provided solely for evaluation during the agreed-upon trial period

The client agrees to use the POC stock strictly for evaluation purposes and not for any commercial or resale activities.

Any modifications or alterations to the POC stock without prior written consent from ZKDigimax South Africa are strictly prohibited.

The client agrees to provide feedback and insights regarding the performance and suitability of the POC stock during the trial period.

The client acknowledges that the POC trial period shall not exceed the agreed duration, typically no longer than three (3) weeks, unless otherwise authorized in writing by ZKDigimax South Africa.

At the end of the trial period, the client shall return the POC stock to ZKDigimax South Africa in its original condition, with allowance for normal wear and tear.

The client accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the POC stock during the trial period and agrees that repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

A quotation indicating the value of the products supplied for the POC will be issued to the client for reference. This ensures that the client is aware of the product value in the event of loss or damage, for which the client shall be fully liable.

ZKDigimax South Africa reserves the right to terminate the POC trial at any time and retrieve the POC stock in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reasonable cause.

Participation in the POC trial does not constitute a guarantee of future purchase, agreement, or commitment from ZKDigimax South Africa.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and ZKDigimax South Africa regarding the POC trial and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
